It is natural to seek clarity before a collaboration. Here are the direct answers to the things most people ask us.
I hate being on camera. Do I have to speak?
No. You define the boundary. For the Texture package, you remain 100% anonymous. We film only hands, tools, and materials. For Spotlight projects, we discuss your comfort zone before we unpack the gear. Whether you want to be front-and-center, seen only in silhouette, or remain completely invisible—we execute your vision. We never force a shot you aren't comfortable with.
I don't have a 'Concept'. Is that okay?
Yes.That is our job. You do not need to be a director. You just need to be a craftsman. We will arrive, scan the room, find the best angles, and tell you where to stand. You focus on the wood/metal/food; we focus on the image.
Can I use this for Meta/Instagram Ads?
Yes.The Strategy Package is specifically designed for this. But even the Texture Package works well for "Retargeting" ads (reminding people who visited your site that you exist). The files are yours to run as paid traffic.
Can I use these videos on my website header?
Yes.However, website headers usually require Horizontal (16:9) video. Social media is Vertical (9:16).Please tell us before the shoot if you need a website header version. We need to frame the shot differently (wider) to make it work.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens.
